I think this has been a PR disaster for them, and even worse is the fact that
they didn't wake up about it until quite late ("most people don't know what a
rootkit is, so why would they worry"). It's also quite an interesting
development in that it may associate DRM with viruses/insecurity in the mind
of users. And their lawyers will be busy with the class-action suits for a
few months ...
