After emailing, I was told to ring the office, then put forward to the
person who deals with the Manchester computer fair.  At the moment it’s
stuck at this point, and I’m not sure we’ll be going ahead this weekend.

It looks like I’m essentially starting from scratch with Northern
Computer Markets since people on both sides (NCM and Infopoint) who
sorted things out have since moved on.
