[Fsuk-manchester] Chairperson duration of term voting

Okay, for the last few days the poll [1] has been paused at 5 votes
each for both 6 and 12 months. The poll is now closed (as it's been
open a week I think this is fair).

Therefore, in the interest of fairness I think the next chairperson
should have a term of 6 months. I would like to review this at some
point in the future though, maybe in a years time?
