[Fsuk-manchester] Arcspace Project Collaboration

Recently MFS have been collaborating [1] with an autonomous project in
Manchester called Arcspace [2]. Yesterday it was announced that
Arcspace have won [3] some major funding that will enable the project
to really take off and become sustainable over the next few years. MFS
have an opportunity to get further involved in the project, this will
spread our name further and give more people an opportunity to
experience free software.

But before we become officially involved I want to get everyone's
opinions. Are people happy with this collaboration. Would people
prefer the involvement to remain unofficial or for us to stay out of
the project?

Now is a time to ask questions and put forward any opinions.

If people want to find out more about the project, ArcSpace are
holding an AGM on 6th Jan at on Royce Road in Hulme at 6.30 pm till
8.30. It is likely that MFS will be meeting with Vicky from ArcSpace
before that time too, so let me know if you want to come along.

Nov and have been talking to them for a few months.
