Ars Technica[1] have an article up on software patents in the US[2],
talking about Supreme Court rulings unfavourable to them years ago,
through more recent rulings under a different court where almost
any patent was acceptable. I didn’t get to read all of it during my
lunch break, maybe later tonight… hey, it might help me get to sleep. :)
