[fxscintilla-announce] ANNOUNCE: FXScintilla 1.46

I'm pleased to announce the release of FXScintilla 1.46.

FXScintilla is an implementation of the Scintilla source code editing
component [1] for the FOX GUI toolkit [2].

Changes since the previous release (1.45.1):
- autoconfiscated (Unix systems)
- gave up the FXSciTE developpement
- upgraded to Scintilla 1.46.
- uses FOX 1.0 branch
