Announcing the release of FXScintilla 1.51.

FXScintilla is an implementation of the Scintilla source code editing
component [1] for the FOX GUI toolkit [2].

Changes since the previous release (1.49.1):
- Upgraded to Scintilla-1.51
- Support of the lastest release of the Fox development branch (1.1.23)
