[fxscintilla-announce] ANNOUNCE: FXScintilla 1.62

I'm pleased to announce the release of FXScintilla 1.62.

FXScintilla is an implementation of the Scintilla source code editing
component [1] for the FOX GUI toolkit [2].

Changes since the previous release (1.61):
- upgraded to Scintilla-1.62
- Fox support defaults to Fox-1.2
- bug fixes
