[PATCH 1/2] configure: fix AR_FLAGS initialisation typo |

Before this fix, the ./configure output looks like:
```
checking the archiver (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-ar) interface... ar
./configure: line 7069: AR_FLAGS: command not found
```
Remove extraneous spaces around the assignment to
make it work correctly.
