[Gchemutils-main] "Name" string in the residues editor needs a different translation than the one in the document properties

Hi,

this is the case because the former refers to a thing and the latter to
a person. It seems that this limitation can be worked around by adding a
different accelerator, since gchempaint theme name already uses a
different string. I.e, changing the string in residues.glade from _Name
to N_ame should do the trick.
