I tried running intltool-update, but it does not seem to be working
properly:
$ LANG=C intltool-update pl

can't open ./../programs/spectra/gspectrum.desktop.in: No such file or
directory at /usr/bin/intltool-extract line 211.

directory at /usr/bin/intltool-extract line 211.
xgettext: error while opening "../gnumeric/plugin.xml.in.h" for reading:
