Fine, this resolves the problem! It is turned out that
libiberty on my system is packaged in separate
package libiberty-devel and I was not
able to find it since no corresponding
libiberty package exists.
Now after libiberty-devel installation
everything works fine. Probably libbfd-devel
should have dependence on libiberty-devel.
But this is already my distro packaging problem
and have nothing to do with GCL.
