[Gcl-devel] EXE macro underused in main Makefile

Hi Camm.

I notice that there are problems with installation on Win32 because the EXE
Makefile macro is not used in the install target for references to
executables.

Are you OK for me tro make the necessary changes?  For example:

>       rm -f $(DESTDIR)${prefix}/bin/gcl$(EXE)
>       tar cf - unixport/saved_gcl$(EXE) info/*.info* ${LISP_LIB} \
