[Gcl-devel] Where are read and print?

Hi,

I'm trying to work out why {xe,e}macs wedges when using ilisp and gcl.
The symptom is both gcl and ilisp (which are talking through pipes) end
up waiting for input.

In which files of the source tree are Read and Print (of the
read-eval-print loop) defined? Is it correct to assume that read and
print as used in the REPL are same as the common lisp functions read and
print?

Thanks for the help.

Greg
