Greetings!  Just a brief followup to my earlier note:

Also on the todo list:

1) For a lisp volunteer:  to write a common-lisp controller script for
   gcl under Debian.
2) Get ilisp working

Also on my list:

3) refine readline initialization
4) remove empy arg function prototypes
5) don't build rsym when using dlopen
6) rationalize gmp mp_limb size detection

And .... our first 64bit gcl/maxima -- the alpha passes all tests!
