Not any specific person I'm afraid - I thought you were the FSF guy on this
project!  Having said that, our developers page has a link:

   http://savannah.gnu.org/contact.php

which gives some generic Savannah admin addresses including:

"If you are the developer of one of the projects hosted here and you want to
get in touch with the maintainers of this server (Savannah) you can then
write to address@hidden "

It's not the same as having a direct link to a face, but it might help.
