RE: [Gcl-devel] gcl-2.6.1-cvs build error on windows

To summarize an off-list exchange.  Mike could build CVS 2.6.1
on mingw with --enable-ansi and I couldn't.  Our setups were a 
little different.

Problem resolved by upgrading to binutils-2.15.90 20040222
(Mike has 2.14.90 20030807).
