I was installing on Windows 2000. It doesn't seem to have that feature,
at least by default:

I'm using GNU Common Lisp as a platform to learn Common Lisp (Scheme is
the only Lisp I know, so far).  I chose GCL because it has such a nice
interactive HELP function.
