Hi!
Yet another xmaxima <> gcl 2.6.8 communtcation
problem (and not only xmaxima). I confirm that
the problem exist both on Windows and Linux.
Best wishes,
Vadim

Hi Vadim,
this is not related to documentation but xmaxima is broken (windows,
your binaries). If you enter
integrate(1/(x4+a2-1), x);
it just keeps displaying
Is (a - 1) (a + 1) positive or zero?
without waiting for user input. It works as expected from console.
Also works through sockets on clisp and with maxima compiled with gcl
2.6.7 (tested with wxmaxima - wxmaxima has the same problem with your
binaries) so maybe it has something to do with gcl 2.6.8?
