Attached is a prototype of build directions for Win32 GCL using Git
and MinGW with GCC 4.8.1
I decided to go graphical on this due to the GUI interface navigation
and twiddling required to install current Git on Win32, and MinGW.
All comments, criticisms and complaints are welcomed :)
