Greetings, and thanks so much for your feedback!  I've gotten past the
execute permissions, apparently recent win64 requires extra flags in the
virtualalloc/createfilemapping et.al. functions.

I am now leaning toward a 64bit fixnum, and have some trial macros for
accessing long long limbs in gmp as fixnums.
