Greetings!  Followup on email next....

Thanks for the 'help help.  I've queued the import of 'si::help into the
user package for the next update.

GCL really can't cross compile, as it needs to check various runtime
behaviors at configure time, such as sbrk non-randomization.

If you want to checkout a Windows build, install the latest Cygwin, with
git, use Cygwin git to clone and checkout Version_2_6_13 from savannah,
and build as usual.  If you try this, please keep me posted.
