[gcmd-dev] Gnome-Commander does not depend on libgnome and libgnomeui anymore

Hi all,

I'm proud to announce that after several months of work,
Gnome-Commander does not depend on libgnome and libgnomeui anymore.

The related issue, which is open for 10 years now, was closed today:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-commander/-/issues/34

Most of the rework was done for all the popup menus, toolbars and
menubars in the main window but also in the internal viewer.

If anyone is able to test the rework in the gcmd-1-10 branch I
would be more than happy about it. :)
