[gcmd-usr] GNOME Commander 1.1.2

Ok, so here is an even better version of gnome-commander (again).

Short list of changes:
* There are now three different modes to display the file extensions.
* The program now deals with filenames that are not UTF-8 encoded much better.
* Removed all unsafe URI-creation.

As usual the webpage takes some time to update so get the files from here if 
you are in a hurry:
