This just *got* to be toughest translation task
for this project so far. Some of those explanations
of tags are really tricky to translate, and quite
long too. Some of them requires deeep knowledge.

After some hours i have got it down to 593 translated,
41 fuzzy and 374 untranslated. This will take time.

Do not expect to much of this to translated in all
languages in overseeable time.
