[gcmd-usr] Call to translators, upcoming release of GNOME Commmander

apologize if you received multiple copies.]

As the release of the brand new GNOME Commander 1.2.4 is upcoming before the
end of May, it's time to make sure that the translations are in good shape
for the release.

At the moment there are only 8 translations with coverage exceeding 60%
strings. Translation progress can be tracked at 
http://progress.gnome.org/module/gnome-commander.

If you'd like to contribute a translation, you're very welcome to do so.
