Hello all,

firstly somebody should learn how to use his debian/ubuntu system here.
If you are shure you have have all the needed libraries you can force the
installation of the package. If it does not work you can remove the package
and install the distributions package again.
If you want to compile software on an system you also need the development
packages for the needed libraries. Thtas what the configure script checks for.
On debian/ubuntu apt-file is a very good friend in such cases.
