[Getfem-users] reference of IM_TETRAHEDRON(5)/(6)

Dear getfem team and users

I want to cite a reference of the Gauss integration method  
IM_TETRAHEDRON(5) or (6) (see page 95 in the Short User  
Documentation). Do anyone know the reference?

By the way, in the IM_TETRAHEDRON(3) method on page 95, the weight  
3/40 of the fifth point is abcent.
