Dear
all,
I am working with an
open mesh: I add convexes to the mesh before each new increment.
I would like to keep
the values of my model variables from one increment to
another.
As the mesh changes,
the numbering of the dof may change too. Is there any predefined function to
interpolate the old values on the new mesh_fem?
You may have already
met this problem when refining meshes.
For now, I
construct a new mesh_fem, then new vectors of variables from an
interpolation of old ones on the new mesh_fem, and finally I overwrite
the old meshfem and variables in the model with the new
ones.
This works well with
my main variable but not with lagrangian multipliers: the computation
stops due to an error of context of the model after updating the
partial_mesh_fem on which are defined the multipliers.
How could I update a
partial_mesh_fem and still get a correct context for my
model?
Thank you for your
help.
