[Getfem-users] Enhanced import of GMSH meshes

Dear All,

In GMSH mesh format one can assign symbolic names to physical regions.
The mapping of region numbers to region names is not imported with
standard GetFEM mesh import functions thus I have commited to the repository
a function import_mesh_gmsh that has an extra argument to store the mapping
of region names to region numbers.
With this mapping it should be easier for instance to set up boundary
conditions on specific part of geometric model.
