Contract makes a summation with respect to the given indices, so that 
Contract(A, 2, 3) = A_{i,j,j} with summation on j.

I am not sure that I use correctly the Contract operator, you will find
therefore both the original code and the new one for div_sigma:

/div_sigma = "[Contract(Grad(first_Piola_Kirchhoff_stress)(1,:,:),1,2),
Contract(Grad(first_Piola_Kirchhoff_stress)(2,:,:),1,2),
Contract(Grad(first_Piola_Kirchhoff_stress)(3,:,:),1,2)].[1,1,1]"/

in div_sigma.

with /delta/ a given vector on a meshfem /mfz/.

When executing the code, GetFEM++ only gives the error as

/segmentation fault (core dumped)/
