The following is an entry for Neteka's
NeDNS.
NeDNS is
developed base on BIND (Berkeley Internet Name Domain). In order to enable the
handling of multilingual domain names, additional functions are introduced to
BIND to facilitating the successful resolution of names in any encoding scheme,
be it UTF-8, RACE or any local encoding such as Big5 or GB, without requiring
any client-end reconfiguration.
