[gfsd]CVS tree for GNU Typist

I  would  like  to  have  a   tree  for  GNU  Typist  in  the  CVS  at
subversions.gnu.org.

Could  you please  let me  know which  procedure should  I  follow? (I
didn't find such  procedure in your template or  in the RMS's template
for new mantainers).
