About half-way down the page this link is listed:

It does not appear to be working anymore.
On which page did you find this link? I did not see it on the binutils
page on the GNU site under "GNU Software"
(http://www.gnu.org/software/binutils/binutils.html).
The Web page http://www.gnu.org/directory/binutils.html is live; I
just tried it.
If you tell me the URL of the page on which you found the link I'll be
glad to check it out.
