First of all, thank you for adding PgMarket to your package list:
I am honored for this.

On the page there is a simple error: 1.3.0 is a development release;
in fact, I am following the same numbering method used for the Linux kernel,
i.e. even minor numbers denote a stable release, while odd --> development.
