Yes please!  I would very much like an ftp.gnu.org account (for address@hidden)
so that I can perform my own uploads (for AutoGen, libtool and m4).  My ssh 
public key is already on address@hidden so please copy it from there.

I would also be happy to be added to the address@hidden list and answer 
other people's upload requests.
