[gfsd]bug in aria directory page

um, hello.

there's a bug in the gnu free software directory page for aria:

http://www.fsf.org/directory/aria.html

specifically, the web link for the homepage of the app is slightly mangled. 
it appears as:

http://www.geocities.co.jp/Silicon Valley-Bay/3167/index_e.html

but the underlined (anchored) part of the address stops just before the space 
in "Silicon Valley". cutting and pasting the address doesn't work, as the 
server doesn't recognize the directory name with the space in it. remove the 
space, and everything is fine.
