[gfsd]typist.txt directory entry update + suggestion

Hi Janet,

I updated the directory entry for GNU Typist (see attached file):

   * Updated the locations for Debian and Red Hat packages
   * Replaced "Typist" by "GNU Typist" in "Long description"

By the way, shouldn't we have `http://www.gnu.org/directory/gtypist'
instead of `http://www.gnu.org/directory/typist'?. The current situation
is confusing because the package is referred to as `gtypist' everywhere
else (e.g. http://www.gnu.org/software/gtypist/). So people searching
the GNU directory will look for `gtypist' instead of `typist'.

What do you think? If you agree with this change, you'll have to change
the `name' field too.

    Thanks in advance,

    Cheers,

    Michael.
