[gfsd]version update for GNUsl.txt

Here is a patch to update GNUsl.txt to version 1.0 of the software

The text file could be renamed from GNUsl.txt to gsl.txt for consistency
with the name in the webpage http://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/gsl.html
