[gfsd]update to ploticus page

Hi, thanks for making ploticus available as part of the Gnu free software
directory.

I wanted to notify you of a couple of fields that have changed in the
www.gnu.org/directory/ploticus.html page:

Version: 2.01    16 Nov '01

Also, all references to "www.sgpr.net" should be changed to read 
"ploticus.sourceforge.net"
