[gfsd]follow-up re: new projects

(This is a follow-up to my earlier message today, listing four 
suggested projects for the gnu free software database.)

I wasn't clear enough. I considered composing & submitting new templates
as instructed, but I wasn't sure whether free software not under the 
GPL would be accepted. Also, I'd hate to spend my time typing up info
for any project that has already been checked & rejected for listing.
