From: Mrs Ishaya Mark Agu
Gi dado Housing Estate
Abuja- Nigeria
Let me first apologise to you for any mbarrassment
this mail might cause you.I am (Mrs.) Amina Ishaya Mark Agu, the widow of the
late Engr. Ishaya Mark Agu the former Minister for Sport and Social
Development to the Federal Republic of Nigeria which died a plain crash
Saturday the 4th of May, 2002 on his official assignment to grace the friendly
foot ball march between the Super Eagle of Nigeria and the Kenya Eagle at the
Nigeria National Stadium, Lagos-Nigeria .
Proposition:
I was informed after the funeral burial
ceremony of my Late Husband by our family attorney that my late husband operate
a secret account with the Union Bank Plc Lagos which was
made know to him by the Managing Director of the Bank. And the account currently
hold a
total sum of US$10.5 million (Ten Million Five
Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) this sum
represented the gratification and considerations
received as kick back from the government contract and
business opportunities awarded to contractors, while
he was the Minister.
And presently I cannot transfer the fund out of the
country being the next of kin to my late husband
because the law of this country does not allowed an
individual to own more than one million naira on his
or her account otherwise the Nigeria Drug Law
Enforcement Agency will Frozen the account until you
are able to state your source of fund
Based on this fact, the Managing Director been a
Season Banker has advice our Family Lawyer to asked me
to seek for a Foreign Partner whom he shall document
as the beneficiary of the fund by legally obtaining a
Change of fund ownership from the Federal High Court
of Nigeria that will now empower the bank to transfer
the fund to your account .
If you are willing to assist in receiving this money
on my behalf, please contact my lawyer Barrister FRANK ONORIODE ASSOCIATE
immediately on his email address:address@hidden
by emailing your contact information which will
include your telephone/fax number and the name you
intend to use as the recipient of the fund, account
details if any or you prefer the transfer to be made
by Certified Bank Draft which you can present to any
bank of your choice for clearance. Note that you are
entitled to 30% of the fund, 10% is for any expenses
that you might incurred especially on opening of new
account if your present account cannot accommodate the
incoming fund while 60% is for me and the upbringing
of my children.
Please, ensure to keep this proposal very secret and
confidential for obvious reasons and any question
could be directed to the Attorney or me.
Yours Sincerely
Mrs Amina Ishaya Mark Agu
