It was brought to my attention that
http://www.gnu.org/directory/all/libiconv.html
is not up to date.

Please change:

* Source tarball
  remove the second entry
     ftp://ftp.ilog.fr/pub/Users/haible/gnu/libiconv-1.8.tar.gz
  (it is not valid)

* Remove "This is not a GNU package" - it is a GNU package for over a
  year now.

* Announce List
