I'm also planning to attend LinuxCon. Would folks be able to meet the
day after FSCONS, November 12th?

The two are by no means mutually exclusive! I would be happy to help
make that happen as well or instead if that is a better choice.

I also think it would be cool to meet-up either the day before or
after FOSEDM as GNU folk. There is always so much happening during
FOSDEM that it's nearly impossible to schedule group meet-ups.
