There is no cancellation penalties for the event itself. The booked
rooms at the same location (Dock Europe) can be cancelled without
penalty up to 30 days in advance.

The advantage of an early cancellation of (physical) GHM is giving
certainty to people who didn't book so far.

But then let's wait until end of April and decide again.
