gksudo doesn't parse commandline args properly

I just posted a bug:
http://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=15655

I was curious if this has been solved already in the development version?

Brief overview... gksudo doesn't play well with commandline arguments.
Anything besides the program name itself gets escaped with
single-quotes, but these aren't parsed properly and actually get
passed to the command with the quotes still attached.

This is a bad thing. Any suggestions on what I can do to look into
this further? I'm not above getting my hands dirty if no one else
will.
