Hi,

from what I can see in the source, this error only indicates that the file 
already existed and could therefore not be created. It's probably no issue, 
since it only affects the namespace, so in your - and my - case this error 
message can be ignored.
Might be worth looking into if the O_EXCL-flag is really needed there.
