Hello,

"when the both channels in client protocol is disconnected, fd's are
marked as bad"    in git tree

seems to be more problematic that before.

Before  :
Two server , client open a file -> Server 1 down -> client ok ->
Server 1 restart -> client ok -> Server 2 down -> client not ok ( BAD
FD) because of not reopen file ( known bug)

Now :
Two server , client open a file -> Server 1 down -> client ok ->
Server 1 restart -> client NOT OK
