Hi John,
I propose to make the following changes:
gm2-14 allow FORWARD for ISO and all PIM.
gm2-15 allow FORWARD for ISO and all PIM
(but there might be a
-fenable-forward/-fdisable-forward in the future
should users wish to detect code using FORWARD or enforce
stricter PIM (Springer) compliance),
