Coding standards! The hobby horse of incompetent bureaucrats and
control freaks! <sarcasm>Of course, Gnash is such an important project
that it needs its own special coding standards,,,</sarcasm>
A mature programmer makes changes following the style of the code they
are modifying so that the new code fits in with the old, only
reformatting if the existing code has become so wrecked that the
formatting contradicts the meaning and misleads people.
With all the bugs, lacks and incompatibilities that there are in
Gnash, have you nothing better to do than fiddle with curly brackets
and changing "if (c == 0)" into "if (!c)"? Gnash needs bugs found and
fixed and its lacks filled. If you are not able or not willing to do
this, I wonder why you are on the project at all.
